Step 1: Instant Call Upon Form Submission
The moment a lead enters your pipeline—whether from Meta Lead Ads, a website form, or another acquisition channel—Thoughtly triggers an immediate call. This call happens in real time, even on weekends, while the prospect is still active and engaged. The AI Agent reaches out using branded caller ID and records the result in your CRM, either by tagging the record (Tag A) or setting a
last_call_time. If there’s no answer, the journey continues seamlessly.
Step 2: Follow-Up SMS
Fifteen minutes after the initial call attempt, Thoughtly sends a personalized SMS. The message includes contextual information such as the product or service the lead expressed interest in, helping re-engage the prospect with a human-sounding follow-up.
Step 3: Retry Call
If the SMS doesn’t trigger engagement, Thoughtly places a second call 45 minutes later. The outcome is once again logged in your CRM—typically using Tag B or an updated timestamp—ensuring your team or the platform itself can track contact attempts and stagger follow-up outreach.
Step 4: Email Backup
